As soon as you purchase your artwork, Modeka Art Online will keep you updated on your order status via email. The moment your artwork is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number.

On business days, your art is shipped within 7-14 days from your order confirmation. Framed artwork may require additional time. We will keep you updated through delivery. You can also always email store@modeka.space at any time to get the current status of your work.

If you need to change your order, please contact us immediately at store@modeka.space

PRINTS & PHOTOGRAPHIC ARTWORKS: We do our best to always keep a copy available at Modeka Creative Space, but we would still suggest to send us an email first at store@modeka.space to verify.

ART PROJECTS & COLLECTIBLES: Always available – until they run out 🙂

Yes. Each work comes with a certificate of authenticity, available exclusively through Modeka Art Online.

Should you need to make a return or exchange, contact us at store@modeka.store and we will provide instructions, as well as make any necessary arrangements.
