What We Do
Every project begins with understanding your brand, your space, and your audience. Modeka develops a tailored curatorial vision that guides every artwork selection — ensuring coherence, meaning, and long-term value.
This includes: brand and space research, curatorial proposal, artist shortlisting, budget planning, and a detailed project roadmap with timeline and milestones.
We source, negotiate, and coordinate — so you don't have to.
Modeka manages every element of the acquisition and delivery process: artist negotiations and acquisition, stakeholder communication, logistics and shipping coordination, framing and technical specifications, insurance and permit coordination, and collection management policies.
We work closely with your architects, interior designers, and project managers to ensure the art integrates seamlessly with the space — from concept through to handover.
Modeka works with trusted framing partners built through years of collaboration, ensuring artworks are presented and protected to the highest standard. Our experienced installation teams manage the full process: work permits, risk assessments, insurance documentation, and precision hanging — for collections of any size or complexity.
Art is a long-term asset. Modeka provides ongoing collection support long after installation day.
Services include: artwork relocation and storage, cataloguing, condition audits, valuations, additional acquisition, commissioned works, sale of existing inventory, and art rotation — keeping your collection fresh, relevant, and well-maintained.

Step 1 — Plan
We begin with a discovery conversation to understand your space, brand, budget, and timeline. We then develop a curatorial proposal with initial artist direction and a project roadmap for your approval.
Step 2 — Curate
Once the brief is confirmed, we source and present a curated selection of works — from Modeka's inventory, our artist network, and our international sourcing partners. We handle all negotiations, acquisition, and logistics.
Step 3 — Install & Beyond
Our installation teams deliver and hang the final collection with full documentation, permits, and insurance in place. After handover, we remain your partner for aftercare, collection audits, and future acquisitions or rotations.

Art Curation Services: Your Questions Answered
What does Modeka's art advisory service actually include?
We offer three core service pillars: Curatorial Strategy (research, artwork selection, artist sourcing, budgeting, and project roadmap), Procurement & Project Management (negotiations, logistics, framing, permits, insurance, and stakeholder coordination), and Aftercare & Collection Management (cataloguing, audits, valuations, relocation, rotation, and future acquisitions). Most clients engage us for the full end-to-end service, though we can also step in at a specific stage of an existing project.
What types of spaces and organizations does Modeka work with?
We work across corporate offices, hospitality and resort environments, commercial developments, retail spaces, and public or institutional projects. Past clients include law firms, co-working operators, resort chains, multinational banks, property developers, and embassies. If you have a wall that needs art and want it done properly, we can help.
Do you only source Filipino artists?
No. While Filipino artists are central to what Modeka does — and we have deep relationships across the local art community — we source from a broad network that includes international artists, galleries, auction houses, art dealers, and institutions. We also work with both emerging and established artists, and can commission original works created specifically for your space.
How long does an art curation project typically take?
It depends on scale. A single-floor office installation with an existing collection can move quickly — sometimes 4 to 8 weeks from brief to installation. A multi-floor tower or hotel program involving commissioned works and international sourcing typically runs 6-12 months. We agree on a timeline and roadmap at the start of every engagement and flag any changes early.
What if we don't want to buy artwork permanently?
Modeka offers art rental and art rotation programs for clients who want curated original artwork without a long-term commitment. This is popular for co-working spaces, serviced apartments, hospitality environments, and corporate lobbies that rotate their interiors seasonally. Ask us about rental and rotation options when you get in touch.
What happens after the art is installed?
Installation is not the end of the relationship. Modeka provides ongoing collection management services including condition audits, valuations, cataloguing, storage and relocation support, and artwork rotation. We can also advise on future acquisitions as your collection grows. Most of our corporate clients maintain an ongoing relationship with us well beyond the initial project.
Can Modeka help with CSR or team engagement programs involving art?
Yes. We design and deliver workshops and CSR art initiatives for corporate clients — connecting employees and communities with Filipino artists and creative practice. These can be standalone events or integrated as part of a broader art consultancy engagement. Get in touch to discuss what would work for your team.
Art for the Workspace: Build a Culture Worth Showing Up To

Hueman’s artwork in L’Oréal office, championing the company’s open-minded and engaging culture.
Art in the office is not decoration. Research shows that workplaces with art see a 14.3% increase in employee productivity — and 61% of workers say artwork helps them think and work more creatively.*
The right collection does more than fill a wall. It communicates your values to everyone who walks through the door: employees, clients, and recruits. It creates an environment where people feel engaged, proud, and at home.
Modeka Art works with corporate offices, co-working operators, commercial developments, and government institutions across the Philippines to curate collections that are built around your brand — not just your square footage. We handle the full process, from artwork selection and artist sourcing to framing, installation, and long-term collection management.
The result is a workspace that makes a statement — without you having to manage a single logistics call.

Curatorial Services for Hospitality: Art That Defines the Space Before a Guest Says a Word

A hotel lobby, resort corridor, or members' club says something the moment you walk in. The question is whether that something is intentional.
Modeka Art works with hospitality groups, resort developers, and private clubs to build art collections that are strategically curated — not just decorative. The right artwork anchors a property's identity, differentiates it from competitors, and creates the kind of environment guests remember, return to, and share.
In an era where a single striking installation can generate thousands of organic impressions, art is also one of the most cost-effective marketing tools a hospitality brand has. We've seen it firsthand: spaces curated with intention become destinations in their own right.
Each project is handled end-to-end — from the initial curatorial brief through to procurement, framing, installation, and long-term collection management. We also offer art rotation programs for properties that want to refresh their collection without a full re-acquisition.
Whether you're opening a new property, repositioning an existing one, or commissioning a signature installation for a key space — Modeka brings the curatorial expertise and project management discipline to get it right.
Art for Real Estate & Property Developers: The Most Overlooked Sales Tool in Your Building

A property in The Park Crescent displaying a bespoke art curation - both for sale.
In an increasingly competitive property market, the developers pulling ahead are not always the ones with the biggest floor plates or the lowest prices. They're the ones whose spaces make people stop, look, and remember.
Contemporary art has become one of the most effective and underused differentiators in real estate development. A well-placed commission in a building lobby generates curiosity from passersby, gives sales teams something to talk about, and signals the kind of environment a buyer or tenant is choosing to be part of. When art works in concert with architecture and interior design, it elevates the entire project — not just the walls it hangs on.
Beyond aesthetics, art is a marketing tool. Statement installations drive foot traffic, generate press and social media attention, and help position a development at a specific point in the market. For mixed-use projects and commercial towers, a curated collection also increases the perceived value of the space — for tenants, investors, and the public alike.
Modeka has worked with commercial developers and tower projects across Makati and BGC. We work directly with developers, architects, and interior designers from the early stages of a project — ensuring art is integrated into the design intent, not retrofitted after handover.
Services include commissioned works, lobby and common area installations, sales gallery curation, and long-term collection management as properties are occupied and evolve.
Marketing & Events: Art That Gives Your Brand Something Worth Talking About

Hennessy V.S Limited Edition celebrates another unique collaboration with a remix of Pantone’s unique style which stands at the intersection of vintage typography, optical art and kinetics.
The most effective brand experiences don't feel like marketing. They feel like something worth attending, photographing, and sharing — because they are.
Art gives brands a reason to bring people together that goes beyond a product launch or a cocktail reception. A well-curated installation, a live painting session, or a collaboration with a notable artist creates a moment that connects your brand to culture, creativity, and meaning. It generates press. It generates content. And it leaves guests with an impression that a standard event simply cannot.
Modeka works with brands, institutions, and corporate clients to design and deliver art-driven programming — from one-off activations to multi-event partnerships.
We support brands with temporary art installations, experiential marketing activations, live public art, artist talks and panel events, CSR art workshops, and curated brand partnerships with Filipino artists. Every engagement is built around your brief, your audience, and the impression you want to leave.
If you want your next event to be the one people actually remember, we can help you design it.
