Order and Shipping Confirmation
Upon successful order placement, you will be contacted by our team to determine your shipping preferences.
Please make sure all information you provide is correct most especially the shipping address as we will be unable to redirect the artworks once they are en route.
Shipping of items vary depending on production. You may expect the artworks to arrive within 7-14 business days for processing and shipping.
Once the order is prepared for shipment, you will be receiving a shipment confirmation email with the shipping details.
Pack Shipment Information
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.
Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Where We Ship
We ship (Philippines) at varied costs depending on the size and weight of the package and its location. Fees will be determined based on your preferences after checkout. International shipping will be available soon.
Value Added Tax
Sales tax shall be charged where it is applicable.
Return/Exchange Policies
We believe that we can work together with our customers to make every purchase a positive experience. Our artworks are inspected and carefully packaged before leaving the gallery. But in the event you received a damaged work, simply follow the instructions below.
If you believe you have received a damaged artwork, you should contact us immediately at store@modeka.space and provide us with the following information:
- Order Number
- Shipping ID or Tracking Number
- Artwork Details (Title, Artist, Size, and Medium)
- A Digital Photo of the Artwork
You will receive an email with an update and steps on how to proceed. Once the notice is confirmed, the artwork should be wrapped using the original packaging and shipped within 48 hours to this address:
Warehouse 20A La Fuerza 1, 2241 Don Chino Roces Avenue, Makati City, Metro Manila Philippines, 1231.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Customers can return damaged artworks within 5 days of receipt date for a refund or exchange of that item. Any lateness will not be entertained and work(s) will be returned back to you.
- No refund / return / exchange based on change of mind.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once it is being processed. No refunds and cancellation will be entertained.
- In all cases, the artwork(s) returned must be in their original condition.
- The artwork(s) are your responsibility until they have reached our gallery. Please ensure to package your returned artwork(s) properly in order to avoid damages.
- Modeka is not responsible for any items that are returned with damage.
- Shipping charges are to be borne by the sender.
FAQs
Can I View the Artwork in Person Prior to Purchase?
Selected artworks featured on Modeka Art Online are available at our physical gallery, Modeka Creative Space.
Before you visit, please make sure to email us at store@modeka.space and cc: info@modeka.space to check for the artwork’s availability and book a viewing schedule.

Is the Certificate of Authenticity (COA) included?
Yes. Each work comes with a certificate of authenticity, available exclusively through Modeka Art Online.
How Can I Track My Order?
As soon as you purchase your artwork, Modeka Art Online will keep you updated on your order status via email. The moment your artwork is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number.
